The Dunes Beach House is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, beginning on June 16 and extending to September 29.

Rental price for the high season:  June 30 through September 1:  $3,290 per week Canadian and approximately $3,422 per week American* for up to six persons.  A charge of $112 Canadian / $116 American* per person, per week, for additional guests numbering over six. Infants under two years of age, no additional charge.

Rental price for the low season:  June 16 through June 30:  $2,190 per week Canadian and approximately $2,278 per week American* for up to six persons plus $112 Canadian / $116 American* per person per week for additional guests numbering over six.

Rental price for the fall season:  September 1 through September 29:  $2,190 per week Canadian and approximately $2,278 per week American* for up to six persons plus $112 Canadian / $116 American* per person per week for additional guests numbering over six.

Rental prices do not include 10% provincial tax (PST)
*American prices may vary based on exchange rate.
Daily rates (three day minimum) may be available for open weeks.

Cell phone service at the cottage is intermittent, so a calling card is recommended for outgoing long distance calls. Incoming calls may be received at the cottage at 902-836-3812.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.

The property has earned Canada Select’s coveted four star rating and has also been selected as a Quality Incentive Program property by the PEI Minister of Tourism and Quality Tourism Services.
