Or enjoy an original PEI family style lobster supper where local housewives bake the homemade breads, rolls, pies and cakes.
Join in a local ceilidh at a church or grange hall or sit back at a music festival and experience the talent of local musicians and step dancers.
Take a day to enjoy an oceanside provincial park or go sightseeing for lighthouses, antique and craft shops, art galleries, wineries and breath taking ocean vistas.
No matter where you travel on PEI, it feels like an adventure. Every country road, bicycle trail or boat cruise leads to a photo opportunity - whether it's a bright red barn, a white wooden church steeple, a spreading coastal farm, towering dunes, singing white sand beaches, green and white blossoming potato fields or red and white lighthouses - the guardians of the night. It’s all here on this beautiful island.

GOLFING
PEI has many seaside golfing opportunities. There are approximately twelve golf courses on the water around the Island and perhaps another thirteen inland. There are seven golf courses within about 20 minutes of the Dunes Beach House. The closest course on the ocean is five minutes from the house.
